Zara's Change in Strategy As the sportswear market has experienced consistent growth YoY it is recommended that Zara expand their product offering through the adoption of a product development strategy, to experience growth in market share. Such strategic direction is likely to appeal to Zara’s target consumers, 16-34-year olds who have shown an increasing interest in health and wellbeing
Following graduation, I aim to secure a job within the buying/merchandising segment of the fashion industry.
My experience at university, in addition to my placement year, has provided me with the knowledge required to pursue this particular career path where I will have the opportunity to further develop the skills I have cultivated over the past 4 years.
